Taking to heart “words of wisdom” from others can be inspiring and motivating.  We look to others who have reached their goals or gained what we consider success for leadership and guidance. There are many opportunities for insights.

Let’s take it from Trump and see what we can learn.  Donald Trump is successful in many ways in many areas.  Why?  Let’s consider a few quotes and see what we might take away from his words.  How can we incorporate what he says, believes or does into our life?

“In business, I’ve discovered that my purpose is to do my best to my utmost ability every day. That’s my standard. I learned early in my life that I had high standards”.

Well, well, well.  Do your best, have high standards.  Imagine the thoughts? If your goal in life is to be the best you can be, then according to Trump’s quote…you are half way there to having the same ideals.  It is always important to do your best, show your best products, be on your best behaviors, display your best practices in techniques.  Be the best you can be at what you do or at least continue to strive to that point, and expect to reach your goals at some point.  It doesn’t mean that you have to be the BEST at everything, win all the prizes, be in all the headlines, make the most money. But, your standards for getting to those heights have to match up with your best efforts.  Your standards are important to your growth.

Take tips from Trump and others who closely match up with your own goals.  You do not have to be in the same business, have the same upbringing, or even know them personally.  Having the same ideas and goals can be achieved in different manners because the opportunities are reacted upon differently, and the risk factors are varied for each person.  Isn’t it great to know that we have options to shape our own life?  Everyday we have the chance to do things differently.  We have choices to be comfortable in our routine or in the challenge of taking a new direction into uncharted waters as a risk.  Whatever the decision, our life circumstances can be highly valued if we take steps to take control of  our own outcomes.  Keep working hard to retain your high standards to be the best person you can be.   What do you say , friends…let’s “Take It From Trump”, his words of wisdom and maybe even his place someday???

“Everyday you’ll have opportunities to take chances to work outside your safety net.  Sure, it’s a lot easier to stay in your comfort zone…in my case, business suits and real estate…but sometimes you have to take risks.  When the risks pay off, that’s when you reap the biggest rewards”.  Donald Trump
